Pacific Historic Parks (PHP) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting the National Park Service in preserving and interpreting the history of the Pacific region, with a focus on World War II. Through education, interpretive programs, research, preservation, and restoration, PHP works to perpetuate the memory of events and honor the people involved in Pacific historic locations, ensuring their stories are preserved and remembered for future generations.
PHP invites you to join our Community Empowerment Project, which focuses on conducting a Needs Assessment to gather invaluable insights and perspectives into the challenges and concerns related to historic and cultural preservation in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) and Guam.
During the assessment process, participants will have the opportunity to explore the specific challenges they encounter within their respective communities – identifying the challenges faced, available resources, and potential solutions. Your insights and experiences are invaluable to us, and your participation will play a crucial role in guiding our future programs and initiatives so we can better serve our community.
If you are available to participate in a focus group session for our Needs Assessment as part of our Community Empowerment Project, please use the link below to confirm your participation:
